Business geography is not loan availability
Being a U.S. partner does not establish that financing is available for every client, state, property type or transaction. Each investor request is reviewed in context. A financing partner’s availability, criteria and decision determine whether a referral can lead to funding.
What onboarding needs
Use the partner request form to provide your name, email, business name, HTTPS website and a brief explanation of your client base. Do not send customer lists or financial documents. After review, LumenBlock can create your approved co-branding and attributed assets.
