LumenCalculator use
Monthly gross rent and PITIA inputs are calculated in your browser. They are not sent to LumenBlock merely because you enter figures or calculate. If you choose to carry estimates to the request form, they are held in this tab’s session storage. A separate unchecked option on that form controls whether the estimates are submitted. Unsubmitted estimates are not part of a server request.
Partner and investor requests
A partner-tool request includes your name, email, business name, business website and brief client context. An investor request includes your name, email, property location and financing context, plus estimates only if you opt in. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, bank records, passwords, credit reports or identity documents.
Successful submissions are stored outside the public website root, with a reference, time, status, permission version and history for private review. Contact permission is required. After saving, a private queue requests an internal email alert only to Michael with the request type, reference and saved time, not your name, email, message or financial inputs. The alert is processed through LumenBlock’s authenticated email service; queueing does not establish delivery. No automatic reply to you, SMS, credit pull or lender transfer is sent by the form. Submitting a request does not authorize external transfer; an authorized referral requires a separate discussion and permission.
Referral attribution and co-branding
An approved partner link includes a public business identifier and source type (link, QR or embed). The server checks the private partner registry and saves the approved business identity with an investor request. An unknown or disabled identifier is rejected instead of silently losing attribution. Public lookup returns only the approved business name, color, website and identifier—not partner contact details or investor records.
Browser storage and server processing
A confirmed reference is kept in tab session storage so the confirmation page can display the receipt from a successful response. It is not used to identify visitors for advertising. The confirmation display expires after 24 hours. Chosen estimates expire from use after one hour. You can clear browser site data at any time.
Website infrastructure processes connection information for delivery and abuse prevention. Private contact-security logs record the request time, request ID, route, method, response status, rejection reason, client IP address, browser user-agent and origin site. They link a successful response to its private request reference; they do not record rejected form contents, names, email addresses, messages, financial inputs, passwords, authorization headers or cookies. These contact logs are available only to authorized operators and are retained for 30 UTC calendar days. A request ID is not proof that a request was saved. Ordinary hosting access logs may have a different retention period and may include request URLs and partner identifiers, so never put personal or financial information in a URL.
Optional Google Analytics
Google’s tag loads from the head of each page with analytics cookies denied by default unless you have already accepted them. Google may receive cookieless usage and consent measurements before you choose or after you decline cookies. Accepting allows analytics cookies; you can withdraw cookie consent in Cookie settings. The saved choice lasts up to 180 days.
Page-view measurement uses canonical page URLs without query strings or referring URLs. After you allow analytics cookies, a generate_lead event can be recorded for a confirmed saved request. That event includes only whether the request is for a partner tool or investor financing—not its reference, name, email, message, property details, or calculator figures. Advertising storage, personalization, Google signals and automatic Enhanced Measurement are disabled. Google processes technical usage information; accepting cookies is not required to use the calculator or submit a request.
Private access and retention
Request files are available to authorized business operators for review and follow-up, not through public web URLs. We keep information only as needed for the request, authorized business records and applicable obligations. This page does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established.

Ask Michael at michael@lumenblock.com about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing contact permission. Include your request reference if available, but do not send sensitive documents. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. External financing providers have their own notices and application processes when you choose to proceed.
